General
The Client hereinafter referred to as you / your.
Bubble Crafts is hereinafter referred to as we / our / us.

All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of Bubble Crafts. Breaches of copyright will not be tolerated and therefore the designs and content of this website must not be reproduced, downloaded or copied in any form without prior agreement. Legal action will be taken in such cases.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have copyright permission to use any material e.g. hymns, poems, readings etc. which you ask Bubble Crafts to reproduce within your wedding stationary. You will indemnify Bubble Crafts against any action brought against it for breach of a third party’s copyright.

Cancellation, Refunds, Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Bubble Crafts. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. 

Greeting cards, Gift bags and Keepsake boxes
If these are faulty or unsuitable, simply contact us (contact form) within 48 hours of delivery and return the item/s to Bubble Crafts within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We’ll exchange it or offer you a full refund (excluding postage unless the item is faulty). Please obtain proof of postage for the return of items to Bubble Crafts as you will be held liable for any goods lost in transit.

Refunds / exchanges cannot be applied to items personalised or made to your specification or any products that you have unsealed.

Our refunds policy is in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.

Wedding stationary
Iin the event of an order being cancelled the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If an order is cancelled part way through then all work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. If less than 2 weeks notice before the delivery date is given then 100% of the order is payable.

Cancellation of an order must be provided in writing.

Refunds/exchanges will only be given if the stationary is found to be faulty or where the specification of the order has not been met and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Prices, Proofs, Our products

Prices
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.

Our products
All products made by Bubble Crafts are not suitable for children under the age of 3 as they contain small parts.

As the majority of our products are individually handmade they may vary slightly from one example to another. Also, please note that, due to the limitations of computer displays, colours may vary slightly from their appearance on our website.

If the Client orders wedding stationary in stages then Bubble Crafts cannot guarantee continuity of designs.

Proofs
If you have ordered a product which requires personalisation, we will send you a proof before proceeding with the order. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully. Proofs must be approved by email. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

With regard to wedding stationary, proofs will be sent to you before going to print. It is your responsibility to check the proofs carefully. Proofs must be signed, dated and returned to Bubble Crafts. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

Any further alterations after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.

Delivery

Greeting Cards, Gift Bags & Keepsake Boxes - postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £0.95. Each card comes complete in a plastic protective polybag with envelope. All our products are carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail first class, special delivery or recorded delivery. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent upon receipt of payment. Most card and gift bag orders are shipped within 24 hours if the item is in stock. However, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed. Keepsake boxes are all made to order and will usually be shipped within 14
working days. If you require express delivery (at an additional cost), please contact us either our contact form or by phone 07949 507559.

Wedding stationary
Postage and packaging is charged at £15.00 per consignment to UK addresses. All of our products are carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail special delivery or recorded delivery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery. Bubble Crafts reserves the right to use other carriers.

Bubble Crafts cannot accept responsibility for any delay, loss or damage in transit.

Bubble Crafts reserves the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders.

Delivery outside of the UK has an additional cost dependant upon destination. Please contact Bubble Crafts for international P&P rates before placing your order.

Orders and Payment

Amendments to Order
The Client agrees to notify Bubble Crafts immediately of any change to names, addresses, dates etc. Bubble Crafts will endeavour to make any changes free of charge if production is not in process otherwise changes will incur a charge to cover the cost of materials and labour invested.

Payment
Greeting cards, gift bags and keepsake boxes – we accept the following payment methods:

  • Cheque or postal orders made payable to Bubble Crafts
  • Bank transfers
  • PayPal

Payment for web orders using the shopping cart is made with PayPal. PayPal takes you through the secure on line payment process using payment by credit or debit card or by PayPal account. You will receive an email PayPal receipt detailing the total payment and details of the order, you will also become a registered user to this website where you are able to check up on your order.

Wedding stationary
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order. The balance of the payment is required before your order is dispatched.

Payment methods accepted as above.

Delay in payment at any stage will result in a delay of your order.

Payment of the deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
